Workshops are back – and there’s a lot to explore!
 

I’m so excited to be back in the studio with a new name, a fresh studio set-up and a whole new season of creative workshops!

Whether you’re completely new to tapestry or already hooked, my workshops are relaxed, friendly and designed to help you develop your skills while having fun. You’ll learn, experiment, make and hopefully leave with lots of ideas for your next project.

I’ll be sharing everything from how to warp your loom and keep an even tension, to the importance of pigtails, hatching and lots of other useful tips. I’ll keep adding new videos, so subscribe and follow along!

Prefer to learn from home?

I also have online tapestry classes covering a range of techniques and projects – perfect if you want to start your journey, build your confidence or take your weaving to the next level.

My online courses go into plenty of step-by-step detail, and we work alongside each other as you create your project. I provide drawings to work from and you’ll also have access to my lovely, friendly online Facebook community.

I have students joining me from all over the world, so wherever you are, you can weave along with me!

A few things to know

Workshops take place in my studio in Newcastle upon Tyne, from 10.30am–4.30pm.
All materials - equipment and yarns - are provided on the day.

People travel from all over the UK to join me, so I’ve put together a handy travel, accommodation and things-to-do guide to help you make a trip of it.
