This gorgeous lightweight ‘extra wide’ scarf was woven on my floor loom in a twill four shaft pattern.  The twill weave creates a close knit thicker fabric. 
I used a cotton yarn and a cotton/linen blend yarn from Gist - an amazing brand from the US.  The cotton has a lovely texture to it and weaves like a charm. It creates a soft fabric which will only get better with each wear and wash. 
This design is extra wide so can be worn folded like a scarf or single width like a wrap. 
Perfect for people with wool allergies.
